un-used clothes and other materials from people and distribute to those are basically needy poor,
deprived, destitute and mentally ill are staying on the road side and become victims of various antisocial ailments. In accordance to the above concept, these four similar minded persons has finally
decided to forma a trust having the concept of a bank for collection of food materials, clothes store
and thereby organize action to cook food and distribute among the needy poor, deprived, destitute
and mentally ill are staying on the road side. It has also decided to establish homes for the destitute
children and elders to support them and has finally register it as a charitable trust the Indian Trust
Act 1882 on 18/06/2024.
Trust is actively engaged in providing supports in the form of welfare and development services for
the upliftment of these poor and needy persons including establishing a children home to support
poor and destitute children to enabled to live in the society with dignity and respect. The Trust is
presently organizing its activities based of the collection of donations in cash and kinds for cooking
and distributing foods to destitute persons as well as receiving some specialized support from both
institutions and individual like: Similarly, more than fifty (50) individuals are also extending their
financial assistance to it, as and when required. Since, the Trustees have decided to promote this
Trust as food bank, it has also started focusing on establishing it as a specialized institution for these
kinds of activities and has started organizing its initiatives to obtained exemptions from the
department of the income tax as well as also obtain necessary registrations from both central and
state governments.It has decided to complete the audit of its accounts for the first and formal year
of existence.and thereby applied and obtained exemptions of both 12A, 80G from the Income Tax .
Further, to organize all its welfare and development interventions,
it has decided to extend its support services in four sectoral programs namely: (i) Education
Programs, (ii) Health Programs, (iii) Environment Programs and (iv) Community Development
Programs and health campaign. In addition, the Trust has also introduced a to look after its
interventions as well as take appropriate initiatives for successful execution of its programs.
